Coachsulting = Coaching + Consulting
Traditional consulting mostly focuses on solving a specific problem, where the consultants are the experts and the result is often a quick fix that requires the consultants to come back the next time a similar problem arises.
Coaching on the other hand is a long term solution where the coached person/group is the expert and maximizes their potential, but no new expertise is introduced in the equation.
By combining coaching and consulting we are using a powerful method that creates long lasting results within the organization and where the organization is learning how to deal with the problem over the long term and also using methods for developing new solutions themselves.
Coaching:
To help a person or organization find the answers within themselves by asking questions.

Providing advice, expertise and services within a specified field.

A workshop is a structure for making the participants engaged and invested in the content, and also to practically engage in the learning process. Workshops are always an integrated part in our Coachsulting method and we provide a broad range of workshops to meet everyone's needs. The workshops we offer are in areas such as Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Project Management, and Personal Branding just to name a few.
