R Entrepreneurial Apprentice Program
The R Entrepreneurial Apprentice Program (REAP), is a program offered by The Rynge Group to increase the interest for ntrepreneurial activities among students and others, with the aim to create viable companies of which the partners of the program will be shareholders.
BACKGROUND
There is an increasing interest in creating structures for innovative companies where it is not obvious that venture capital is the optimal way to grow. The Rynge Group believes that there are many great ideas out there among the public and among the partners of REAP, which needs structure, competence and manpower to be realized into great companies.

REAP offers a unique way for persons with an entrepreneurial drive to realize ideas and create viable companies. The program offers competence, network and financial power to help the entrepreneurs in thei strive towards success. The Rynge Group believes that great companies are made from great teams with a great stake in the companies and in comparison to other incubators, REAP offers the possibility to the entrepreneurs to obtain a substantial part of ownership of the company depending on the quality and quantity of work they put into the pre-company process.
BUSINESS CONCEPT
REAP will realize ideas and develop companies where the entrepreneurs, The Rynge Group and the partner companies will gain revenue by being part owners in the project realized within the REAP framework.
